I don't know what you want to say with your quote-only post, because nowhere does it state what December's theme will be. He's only making a suggestion and asking if everyone is OK with that, but nowhere is there a decision. The first post of this topic still states "Theme: Announced soon".

No worries. Organizing such an ongoing event while Real Life keeps bugging you is pretty rough. Perhaps it's an idea to re-organize this whole thing so a small group of people could do the organization together? So that if one person is busy with Real Life, another one can do the stuff? He asked if everybody accepted the theme. Everybody else who replied said they were fine with it, you said you wern't, but you expected to be overruled. Whether or not the topic was updated, it appeared to me that it was a foreknown conclusion.

So... as he stated earlier that he can't regulate this competition, who wants to take Swissfan's place ?

Kamnet has put himself forward to host the competition. He will open up a new thread soon (so he has control over editing the first post) and I believe a joint Dec/Jan competition will be run.

It may avoid confusion if this thread could be locked when the new one starts up.

Those are part of the coal mines in George's ECS Vectors industry NewGRF.
