Wow, what a nice junction. It is a bit Ameecher-ish, and I like that. :D

No it isn't, I don't build junctions like that.

That's like saying I'm as British as Dave. Stop insulting Ameecher :P New routemap, the year is 1936. Request if you want to see anything special.

No of course, these are better. ^^
No, seriously: I think that they are Ameecher-ish and that wont change. I can think whatever I want. :P

It's not Ammechery in the slightest - he'd be trying to fit 4 lines on every main route, and then name all the towns something German ;)

Can I see a million trains using the junction in action?

Hmmm - Ammecher does tend to use A LOT of quadruple-tracking though (It's actually one of the things I really like about his playing style since I tend to do the same, but only when lines are truly saturated). Map of one of his games: http://www.tt-forums.net/download/file.php?id=100585, and the vast majority of times, he plays with German town names!

No. I don't operate with millions of trains. It's usually semi-calm, to be honest!!

Actually, that game is an usual one that I played deep into the 2100s and as such needed 4 tracks but even then it was only on 2 routes and not for their entire length. As for the German town names, German trains means German town names in my book.

Edit: Oh and I go to the effort of spelling your name right, stop trying to be funny and do me the courtesy of doing the same.

Deal - if you stop pointing out every single typo that I make. 8/10 times, I start a topic and your only contribution (and normally in a sneerish putting-down sort of way) is to nit-pick that I've spelt this wrong, or that, or etc (usually placenames like Hartford which aren't in the spellcheck).

Please do keep these fights somewhere else. I don't care if people do typos or fail to spell names, but it does annoy me that the reason you guys read MY screenshot thread is cus a guy is trashtalking you here.

Chrill is right - if you guys want to discuss this, please do it over PM, or just stay out of each others hair? I'm enjoying following this topic quietly, and the fighting isn't really adding anything to it.

Thanks!

This odd set-up was built so that trains could quickly come from Sarhill (bridges) and enter Cunningwell. It sort of looks neat and mad at the same time. This is also where the first diesel trains were taken into service, in 1943

On-Land redesigns was what Senningstone Travel concentrated on during latter part of the 1940s.

Braningwell received a minor redesign in 1946. After the war, many people were returning home and the rails got under heavy pressure with increased usage. The bypass was improved and the northern exits rebuilt to shorten travel time and ease entering to the platforms

Guntfingford in 1948 - coal trains once again operate here, but they are ruining the smooth flow usually seen east of Guntfingford. Something radical will have to be done, or the coal trains will have to move to another power station. Electrification has reached here now as well, from Guntfingford via Chundingworth to Wunningstone
