[OBJ] Coding Group - Sort it out (finished)

Post by Steve »

A coding group needs to be properly created so that they can be ready to do relevant coding tasks and help with the project. Confirming who is already part of this group, is covered in this objective. During the meeting there were several people who were interested in coding that have been forgotten, they should be included.

Members: DominionSpy, PJayTycy, Uzurpator, Grunt, Mek

Well, I'll just put myself on here again:

PJayTycy => general Java, C, C++ knowledge. No DirectX or SDL knowledge, but I do know the principles about level-of-detail in 3D engines.

Uzurpator

Java, C, C++, Pascal, Visual Basic
SDL, no DX as of yet
OpenGL, no D3D yet
Knowledge of 3d technologies
Knowledge of parsing technologies (Flex, Bison)
All art and vehicle stats I authored for TT and derivatives are as of now PUBLIC DOMAIN! Use as you see fit
Just say NO to the TT fan-art sprite licensing madness. Public domain your art as well.

Grunt => C(++), Java, has dabbled in SDL, aversion to Windows, you'd better make sure the project works in POSIX environs and Macs

I nominate uzurpator (if he's willing) - he seems to have done the most for this project in this respect.

Uzurpator isn't a bad choice :D .

Topic locked, let's wait with choosing coders until we're ready for coding (09112006).
