Small changes in ownership [read more inside]

As you may have noticed chirho/Chris/ChrisCF hasn't been around for some time. I'm not the person to spread details about the why's and how's but I think he won't mind if I say that currently he has other priorities.

It isn't a coincedence that with the new meeting scheduled for next weekend there will also be some small changeg in the ownership of the #transportempire IRC channel, TE Sourceforge page and the TE Wiki page. Because of Chris' absence it was proposed if he could perhaps give these ownerships to other people. Since Owen is the other co-owner of the TE Sourceforge page there will be no changes in that ownership (yet). I became the new owner of the IRC channel, although I think Chris still has ownership too (I wasn't able to verify that and who cares anyway). Chris also gave me and others sysop on the TE Wiki page to make it possible for us to maintain it, at least for the time that he won't be around.
