Well that doesn't explain too much. ;)
I hope it's only the fun part of real life that keeps him busy.

Great, a topic that suits my reason for not showing up the last week. My back was hindering me in almost anything I did so I decided to take things really slow. It seems it's behaving now again. I sure hope for Chris that it are positive things and if they are that they last longer than 'shortly'. If they aren't positive I hope he copes with it well.

I did some research into this "Real Life".

Hi folks. Sorry for randomly disappearing. I took stock of things I needed to do, and realised that my backlog of work was rather larger than I expected - one of which was a maths assignment due in around 2 days after I checked, and things just didn't really stop from there. I made a point of not visiting the forum to avoid losing track of new messages (didn't really want to miss anything important for when I got back). Throw in having to go through the process of learning Java Swing from scratch, a farewell party at work (me being one of the people leaving), my sister's 18th birthday (I passed on your best wishes ;)), a minor flood in the kitchen and several viewings by prospective buyers of this house, and you're not even halfway there. Now that I've managed to get things back to a vaguely manageable state, I'm back. Did you miss me?
Bugzilla available for use - PM for details.

You want an honest answer, Chris? I wasn't here for a week too so I didn't even know you weren't busy with other stuff ;).
