Train Crashes

Im currently playing a challenge game with friends and am finding A LOT of
train crashes. Im now almost considering them as natural attrition. Even
the AI player is having crashes. I would have thought that even the
computer can build tracks without any signalling faults that maybe I have in
my designs. Is anyone else having these problems too? Or is it the way I
have it configured? I can attach the save game if requested, but be warned,
its a bit messy! :)

It's most likely due to path based signalling. Whether it's a bug in PBS
itself or just a problem of the savegame I can't tell without looking at
it.
