where can I get a copy of TTD ?

Hi,

I,m new to this group so please excuse any stupid questions.

1) is TTD an upgraded version of Transport Tycoon written by Chris Sawyer ?
if so ...
2) can I buy an upgrade, or
3) can I buy TTD complete ?
4) where can I get any of the above (Scotland) ?

I'm currently playing TT (not Deluxe) and having found it to be far in
advance of other "God" or sim games (including SimCity 3000).

TTD is the final version of Transport Tycoon, and includes a number of
enhancements: Principally four different climates, and one way signalling.

2) can I buy an upgrade, or

No. It was released as a seperate game not an upgrade and uses a different
save game format.

3) can I buy TTD complete ?

Not at the moment, but rumour has it that it may be coming out on budget
shortly.

4) where can I get any of the above (Scotland) ?

Currently only available as warez.

Only game better than Transport Tycoon is Transport Tycoon Deluxe IMO.
