[REL] Distant Signals

Hello all!
So, as many of you know, there are two sets of British signals. Upper/Lower Quadrant and Upper/lower Quadrant and Distant.
This is a small mod that adds Upper/Lower Distant signals. I simply swapped over the sprites in Wally.
NOTE: THIS STILL ACTS AS A QUADRANT ONLY SIGNAL. TRUE DISTANT SIGNAL IS WIP.
