After a day's work, I finished converting the Locomotive from the RCT American miniature railway sprites! Tomorrow I will tackle the tender, and then possibly the coaches.
For some reason, when I go to save the compiled XML as a DAT in VC, I go through the process to save it, but when I go to find it in the location, It's not there. I've double checked things and I'm not sure why this happened. It worked with the taits.
Here is the folder containing the sprites and XML if anyone wants to try.

I'll see if I can just yoink the sprites over to the existing Baldwin 2-8-0, then do some stat tweaking, and DONE! (hopefully)

Aha! I think I know why it is acting up! You see, with a regular lomo sprite, the image most likely looks like this: Notice all the blue area around it
With the sprites for the RCT locos, they are like this: See, no excess blue area to make it's movements. The images for the RCT loco and tender are all sized to be as small as possible. They are as big as the sprite itself. this means that when going through an animation, the images are constantly resizing. We need to figure out how to get more blue area. We need to resize all images to one default size and then fill them with blue.

Chris Sawyer split the sprite into necessary space of work. Without that extra blue space the objects on game are lightweight. With some kilobytes per file in a massive files translate in dozens of megabytes. Remind those games should be written on Compact Disk with most of weight of the game are soundtracks of music.!
The same happen on Locomotion objects data exist a offsets value let every Sprite. Locate the RCT xml file with the offset value. Should be the same. ( I think )

Well, after some fun testing, I've decided that the addition of bogeys wouldn't do anything. Some sounds would be quite nice, especially some new horns.
I'm going to start toying around with making a Red/White paintscheme for them. Maybe later down the line I could make 'The Boat Train' Tait. I should be able to tackle all that myself.
Also, about the RCT2 loco, the pre-existing sprites actually look like this: (see pic below)
So, this process is going to be very hard. Maybe Manuel18 or Walter1940 could help out.
In the meantime, i'm working on Broad Gauge Track, and was wondering if you wanted the Tait to be compatible, since IRL it is 5ft 3in gauge. I've made a collection of edited assets so far, and am currently trying out some new stations for BG. Maybe an Indian station? I'm going to soon make a thread for the BG mod itself.
(Don't worry, i'll edit the Taits themselves.)

Griffin, I didn't know the taits were broad, although I think unless someone were to make like, an australian scenario, It would be sort of annoying with another track type. Why does the RCT loco look exactly like the baldwin?
Version 2.0 of the Tait EMU could include the "Boat Train" Scheme, and custom sounds with help from Walter.

What does work is to find the right set. But I can help you there. However, I am currently having problems creating new individual sound sets. Something is wrong, although the scheme is always the same. But I have around 30 - 35 finished sets. I just need to know what kind of engine or drive the vehicle has.In addition, an original comparison sound file would not be bad.

Tried it out, and it was fantastic! Thanks Walter! I'll start work on the next liveries ASAP.
Maybe you could do some XML editing to the trees so that they get rid of the need to make thousands of them for you to just demolish 1 house. It's been done to the Common Beach Tree, labelled as "The super tree", available on Wisim-Welt.
