US Mega Set: .dat File Name Translation

Is there any source that translates Plastikman's US Mega Set .dat names to a useable list? I'd like to tweak a couple files to make it possible to move plastics earlier in game, but I can't for the life of me decipher what the .dat files are for the covered hoppers in the set.

With this tool you can read the files with thumbnail.

But you have to change it with the tool "Locotool 04.3"

I actually managed to stumble onto the files I was looking for after scrolling through most of my objdata folder, but the tool will be much more friendly next time I have to do some digging!
