Farm Fields

Hi everyone. Does anyone know if it's possible to change the size of farm and forest field coverage? I read somewhere that it might be field_E8[3] of an industry, but I changed this with no effect. The Object Files Wiki has been updated since I printed it out, and indicates field_E8[3] might be for something else.
