I can't install it, I get the message 'Setup kann nicht durchgeführt werden da das Hauptprogramm fehlt'.

Is there another way to get Locomotion in German?

This is not a wonder. The patch is for the GOG-version. Therefore, it does not find the path from the Steam version.

Unfortunately, I know but also no other solution.

After searching the internet, it would appear that Locomotion can only be installed in German from a CD.
