After reading the link you posted, the hand cart looks to be one of Plastikman's betas. I don't think he ever released it.

The concept is funny, 1000hp from a handcart. He should have animated some big muscly guy with no neck powering it!

That's a very old picture. It's one of Plastik's old betas and is surely lost for good.

I know this topic is old... But if someone still searches a handcar, here is one. It is animated. And well, it pulls heavy trains - but slow .
