[REQUEST] [FILLED] BR Railfreight HEA coal hopper

There were thousands of these around the BR network back in the 1980's and 1990's, usually in long rakes behind Class 56, Class 58, or if you were REALLY lucky a pair of double-heading Class 20's.

I'm surprised that nobody has created some of these hoppers for Locomotion yet.... unless they are payware or something?
