[REL] Replacement vehicle sounds

Hi, I just got bored of some of the default vehicle sounds, so I replaced them with some brand new audio files that might improve the sound quality of the vehicles. Feel free to comment if any audio files need to be changed or fixed.

All the truck/bus sounds (SNDD8, SNDD11, SNDD12), track sound (SNDTR1), and helicopter sound (SNDA3) are replaced.

Don't forget to backup the originals I have also provided some preview sounds so you will know what they MIGHT sound like in-game. Some sounds were sped up intentionally so they will sound right in game.

Sounds interesting. Only the track sound seems like a train. The helicopter sound is an improvement anyway. However, none used the helicopter because they are uneconomical.

No, about the same volume. But it just sounds more like a diesel locomotive.
