[REL] New US style crossing gates

This is my first contribution to the lomo community. It is a new edited version of the default modern crossing gates to make it look more American. Hope you guys like it and criticism is welcome. Included are 2 versions. One replaces the default and the other is one that you can select over the other in scenario editor. All you have to do is place them in the Objdata folder and you're good to go. Have fun!
