I've heard that sometimes, with special escorts, they actually drive these on the highways in the USA.

Wouldn't that be something, to look in your rear-view mirror, and see one of these coming at ya!

In all reality, this is a pretty cool idea, I'd use it.

Pretty stupid Idea in my opinion.

Things like this would never leave the quarry or mine. between fuel consumption and the lack of roads it could drive on, It would never be an efficient item to use. The model would be larger then the size of most locomotion buildings.

It might a nice piece of eye candy if you make a new mine graphic and have one parked in your mine. Someone made a replacement building with a bulldozer parked in it as an example. I don't remember what mod that was, sorry.

Although several pratical problems have been pointed out, I like this mod. It just seems....right.

Look forware to your road construction vehicles, what ones do you plan to do?

Well you don't have to use it.
The model doesn't have to be too big it would still look okay if it is smaller than real.

LocoMH what you said is true about the small areas that they can run in and low speeds yet there among the most fule efficent trucks on the plannet and very cost effective as they move large quantities of coal in short amounts of time.
