[REL] 125mph, 256ft Brick Bridge

Hello guys, I made a small edit to the brickbridge dat file. You can now run trains up to 125mph, and build it 256ft tall.
Partially inspired by the Göltzsch Viaduct.

Make a backup of BRDGBRCK.dat incase you don't like it.
Drag & drop into Locomotion's ObjData folder.
