Can you build banks?

Is there a way to build banks on the temperate landscape because there is never any there.

Not without using the scenario editor, no. You just have to wait - a bank will only build in a town with at least 1,200 people.

I didn´t relise you could build banks at anytime. Only scenario editer as orudge said.

I´d imagen that would work. A city has to have a high population and a lot of cash to have a bank.

Yeah. On temperate, with banks cash is delivered from bank to bank. No source for it.
