Right. A wordpress site with generic terms and conditions, and no indication of physical location or company registration. A website where every game costs the same and has a cut-and-paste blurb and screenshots from mobygames.

This is certainly not a scam and I will definitely give these people my credit card information in return for a "legal" copy of Transport Tycoon.
