Loads of raw material at ending station

I've played TTD when I was younger, but I can't remember that raw materials doesnt get "used" by factory.

I'm transporting coal, iron ore, wood to the right factory but after a while delivering to that station and I click on the station it's loads of raw material waiting there.

Example: 300tons of wood (en route from station 1)

What to doo? I thought that the factory will produce goods so I could transport goods to other stations or steel to factories.

Noticed now that there is no "$" going up in the sky when the train arrives on its ending station, I'm going slow and steady to bankrupt. At train info it says that the train is earning money but it doesnt go to my company.

This only happens in rawmaterial transport, not passengers and mail.

Steel Mill doesnt even produce s*** even though for iron ore mines is feeding the mill...

Sounds like you're telling your train to "unload" at the factory. That's not neccessary if the station accepts the cargo you're delivering.
