I want to start in 1900 as a joke
Although nothing is out and I can't build anything profitable.
What can I build for profit?

In OpenTTD you can cheat (Ctrl+Alt+C) to a specific year. If you want early vehicles, just cheat forward to year 2050 and then change the date back to 1900. Download OpenTTD and give it a go.

Correct me if I'm wrong but you can't build Anything (in terms of infrastructure at least) in 1900, so this seems a bit of stupid question...

There is a patch option that allows all track types to be built before a train to that rail type is available. There is no vehicles/trains/planes/boats available in 1900 without any newGRFs.
