In this scenario you'll have to build your transport company in the states of Qatar and Bahrein. Your goal is to reach 100% and be the top performing company (out of 3 in total). No mods are needed. I tried to make the map realistic (i.e. oil rigs where there are oil reservoir etc.) but you can still build new industries wherever you want.
