Not exactly sure what you are saying here, that you cannot access the folder with single player saves? Or that you can't open the savegame itself?

So place the savegame into your single player saves and you're good to go. And rather then trying from the desktop, open it from in-game and you wont have any trouble, assuming that you have all the correct objects for the save in your objdata folder.

To move the saved game, you can do one of two things.

1-
a) Create the folder you want on your desktop.
b) Open it in Locomotion and go to save it, but don't click "OK."
c) Click the button in the top right-hand corner that looks like a folder with an arrow. Click it again until you get to the C: folder.
d) Select "Documents and Settings," select your user name, and select "Desktop." Click on the folder and save it there.

or

2- Go to C:\Program Files\Atari\Locomotion\Single Player Saved Games and cut-and-paste all of the games to your new folder on the desktop.

Happy to help. And I'm sorry if the reply was condescending. It's not uncommon for technologically hopeless people to come here.
