UK North West & Midlands map

I have created a new map. It covers from Barrow-In-Furness to Cheltenham and from Darlington to Peterborough. It allows you to re-create the West coast main line and the East coast mainline with all the bits in between. I'm still working on it at moment, making sure you can fit the track and station in. Will upload soon if anyone is interested.

West coast main line can be constructed from Preston to Milton Keynes.

East coast main line can be constructed from Darlington to Peterborough.

If you download the AMI pack you can create quite a comprehensive model.

I think it all works. I have tried to put the towns far enough apart so there is room for a roro station 12 long. Most of the factories, power stations and mine are real. It's not perfect but it's a start.

Do I just need to upload the .SC5 file if people wish to download it?

Here are the files for the North West and Midlands landscape.

The zip includes

The plain landscape with just the towns and factories with just some decoration

A scenorio with all the trains that you will need to create a full UK commuter service (will need AMI trains BR set )

A saved game file with full UK rail network and commuter services (will need AMI trains BR set)

You can play the landscape 'normally' as there is enough industry on the map to make a good profit. I used to the auto pause and game trainer mods though from AMI trainsso that I could build the network uninterrupted.

You've probably seen better but it's there if you want to give it a go.

Slight bump.

I am having trouble playing the save game, i am missing a TREXSTAT.
I have the latest BR set so it it a custom add on?

I also require Trexstat but apparently it's unavailable any more.

Shame as it looks like a really good scenario. Do you reckon it would be possible to upload a savegame where Trexstat isn't required?

Also, do people have any screenshots of the SV5 with the BR Set?

I'm missing SNDTRAM.dat, as for Trexstat.dat, this sounds familliar, but I can't remember what it is.

Trexstat.dat seems to be a station wich isnt available anymore. (Try to copy an existing edit the name and internal file to match this name and it should work. In theory).
SNDTRAM.dat: Locomods.eu -> Low-Floor-Trams (Added to the .datCrawler)

Trexstat.dat seems to be a station wich isnt available anymore. (Try to copy an existing edit the name and internal file to match this name and it should work. In theory).
