ok,il post my cool tool used to all my scenarios,
it can edit any form of the game

companies,max forest radius, start money, start year,
etc. a must have for scenario makers
i wud appeciate if this became a sticky.

hes right tho.. useful if you want to change the start year/cash etc to make a better scenario, and its less illegal than the mod for reliability and no breakdowns, which everyones praising. A LOT.

its just a program to change the scenario start date and a few other things.

its just handy and useful... u r making me so angry by all your illegal crap.
its like if u went down and said: ooh ttd patch... well its changes the game so its illegal.

it just changes the goddamn f*** date grrr.

beside now im working on a real scenario in 1895
on usa where u r going to transport A LOT of passenger and with 15 enemy companies.

Welcome back, and post something that you spend more time making the scenario than writing the post and the (extravagant yet meaningless) name for it.
