How to add other companies/concurrents

Hello, I'm new to Locomotion. Played TT as a child.

I'm wondering:
Where can I add other companies/concurrents on easy? I see that when I'm playing Medium they just appear, but how can I get concurrents on Easy?
Is there a way to add concurrents?

You could edit the scenario in scenario editor and add some companies.
