What region; Europe, Uk or USA?

Some good ones off of the top of my head are:

USA: Plastikman's stuff
UK: Illegal_Alien's Br set or DJC's UK
Europe: Go to http://www.locomods.eu or http://trensim.com
General: Locofanpage

Yes AI does have more than the UK to his resume, its normally a heavy form of sarcasm or cutting remark about using the search function

Only joking towards AI I have no desire for him to get revenge on me as for what to get in the way of add on's for locomotion
Ask yourself one fundamental question:
What are your interests in real life railways ?
Is it Europe?
USA?

When you know that you can work out what to add, a good place to start if you want loads of European stock is www.locomotion-fanpage.net which carries a lot of German, Swedish, Danish and other European countries

if you are seeking US based trains then AMI Trains for the excellent Plastikman packs.

I hope that helps.

At this point this is where you do need to use the search function or read the manual either in the .pdf format that came on the disc or the hard copy paper version which would have been inside your jewel case.
