this is a daft one i have a large station for coal but i have built a dock beside it and have ships bring oil to it i have a train at the station but it will not load up the oil why is this ?

can you post a screenshot? getting some context goes a long way to solving the problem.

you cant put oil onto coal trains?

did you "unload" the oil from the ship?

you really should change your topic title you might get a better responce.

PS what you want to to is listed in the manual..

That'll be extremely cool if you can unload cargo such as coal on to ships

You already can..

connect a train station and a port. have the train "unload" the coal.

The ship can then pick it up (assuming the ship can carry coal)
