noob help

hello i just started here and i has lots of questions about locomotion but i wont ask all of em mabey 1-5 .
So anyways im wondering how do you put mods in the game and how can i check to see if there in it?

1. Download the dat file of the costum object you want to include in your game.
2. Put the dat file in your ObjData folder in your main locomotion directory.
3. Given that Locomotion CD is not inserted, insert it now. Otherwise skip this step.
4. Start Locomotion by pressing play on the AutoPlay window or by Start > All Programs > Search "Locomotion" and pressing on the first button in the search result.
5. Enter the Scenario editor and choose advanced climate options and press on the category button of the equal category of the object you downloaded.
6. Search it in the list and check it when found.
7. Generate landscape, specify scenario challenge, save.
8. Return to main menu and press New Game.
9. Search the difficulty category you saved it with and press on it.
10. Given it is its year(s) of production, the custom object will appear in the specified category.

ok but what about the union pacific one its not like that one though

Plastikmans sets you have to install twice, the first time just downloads it to a "hive" and the secound time downloads it to your object data folder.
