Deliver chemicals to the Doppler and get the double amount (Doppler==doubler) of chemicals back.

Bring chemicals to the doubler and add the instruction "unload all chemicals".
Load them in an other station at the doubler with the full load option.

Better use ships. Build a small lake and put two docks and expand them. Put a bunch of oil tankers and create a connection between two docks. 15min later you would have a chemdoppler with a production of 5000 chem per month

As you can see, coming from a normal chemical plant, you only get the normal amount.
Once it enters the dopler, twice the amount is given.

The image say's it all.
Apart from, if you have two doplers, you can have an constant loop, and so you will never run out of chemicals.
