Semaphores - train turning around...

I need some help with semaphores.

I know how they split the tracks up and I can place them without my trains crashing, but if a train has to wait too long while another train is in that section, how do I stop it turning around? I want it to wait however long it takes for the other train to get out.

If you really want to, you can control the train and ell it to stop until the train passed by, or make the longet train faster.

when i said REFERENCE it means read it. it doesn't matter if it's semaphores or color lights it's the exe. your not the first one in 4 and a half years to wish it didn't happen.
