question about ai

Hi I'm new here and I have a big problem with the AI. I atached some screen shots ... I don't know how they keep the cargo rating allways at 76% when building? and the cargo isn't lost. thanks for your time.

Two reasons:
A. The factory is still producing goods, even though the AI is building.
B. The train is still running on the built side, transporting goods.

ok the first reason it's true but the second... not there is no train running on the built side or may be i don't understand what you wanted to say with this...

it can also start a track in mid air....

If you need to start a track in mid air, just build a ramp up to where you want the track to start, build the first level section, then demolish the ramp.
