I'm working on one - there's a topic in General Locomotion somewhere with a very basic vehicle list, listing some of the demo vehicles.

Easy way to get a vehicle list is to create a scenario, and on the first screen, check the "advanced" tickbox. Then you can look at the vehicle list. The ones that are ticked will be available in the scenario. (This is set initially by the landscape you choose, but you can customise it per scenario).
