I tried the steam version due to issues with the Long Station Patch, but it looks like this.

Always looks like that on startup? I would have that issue on old CS titles when CTRL+ALT+DELing out of the program and going back in but never on startup.

If no one mentioned it in the last topic, have you tried running as admin?

I am running it as admin.

Now it wants me to enter the CD key

After it's already installed? I used to have a physical copy, and it only ever asked for the key on installation. I have no idea why it would ask. Did you do anything different this time?

I managed to fix it, but not everything. Pressing "Start Locomotion" on Locomotion Trainer does nothing.

What did you do to (mostly) fix it?

all I did was reinstalled it.
