Check the original discussion and you'll see them mention the US Megapack. Download that and you should be good, as long as these are the only files you're missing.

@Northenrsouthern, Check my signature, and don't forget to follow the installation instructions carefully, otherwise you will run into problems. CLW should do the trick.

EDIT: I found out they are from the CSX MOW Pack but is obsolete so I can't use it, also US Square Auto uses the MOW pack also.

You can still download the MOW pack when you install the megapack or through the CLW installer.
