Missing File:

That's one of the freight engine sounds which should be in the Automod. If it's not there, try downloading it again because the file may have gotten left behind. If it's still not there, it's most likely included in the North American Megapack, available on the same website.

Missing files are a very common problem so next time consult the search function and you'll probably save some time.

It might just be for the wagons then. It's mostly unnecessary given that the only sound used is that of the car in the front; however, the wagon files still require it.

I've never come across anything in Locomotion that is password protected, if it says "missing file", then it's missing not protected.

If you really can't find the file anywhere, just copy another sound .DAT, and rename it to SNDFRGHT.DAT. Your wagon may make the wrong sound, but you can still use it. I think Zakos is right, you probably won't notice the sound is wrong because it is unnecessary.

I apologize in a advanced here, I don't mean to call you out specifically on this, but this sort of thing happens frequently on forums.
