Locowrapper Issue

I'm hoping this should be a simple fix. When I drag the .dat files into the program it generates the new folders but the no breakdowns folder is empty. The normal folder is full, just not the no breakdowns one. Through searching on here I tried moving the Locomotion folders out of my program files directory but that didn't solve anything.
