Locmotion on Windows 7

Ok. I know this may sound weird, but try to bear with me for a second here.

I downloaded the Locomotion Demo because I was going to see if it would work on my Windows 7 64 Bit desktop PC. I installed the demo, and it works just fine! So I went and installed the full game, along with the 1.76 patch for it. I tried to play the full game, but all I get is the runtime error.

My PC Specs:
OS:
-Windows 7 64 Bit
-Home Premium
-SP1
Display Adapter: ATI Radeon HD 4200
Processor: AMD Athlon(TM)II X2 250 3.00 GHz
RAM: 4.00 GB

I have searched all over the web for a solution, but I'm stumped. I thought since the demo worked fine, so would the full game. Does anyone else have the same problem? If anyone has found a solution, please share. I would love to get the game working again.
