Sounds like you have a bad mod.

Does the game run with a "clean" objdata folder (i.e., no mods)? If you do, then you have a bad mod.

If it doesn't run with a "clean" objdata folder, then it sounds like some type of Windows problem. I can't offer any advice on that one.

Since the game runs with a clean objdata folder, put the mods in one at a time. Start the game after each mod. This will find the bad one(s). The bad ones you want to throw away. This will take a while, but it will let you play the game.

Once you know what the bad mods are, you may be able to find good copies of them.

Thank you Greyfox. Restarting the computer worked with another folder that don't have everything, but with the main folder didn't worked. Probably the main folder have some bad mod.

@Predador: Not quite sure what you mean by "main folder". Each Objdata folder should relate only to the mod that you are trying to play. 4500 dats in one (1) Objdata folder seems very high. It could be your problem. Trying to place more than one mod in a single Objdata folder could cause conflicts, and Lomo may not start. In other words: One (1) Objdata folder = One(1) mod.

I hope this is clear.

Cheers.

You really should be using the search button at the top of the page. A search for "Missing object data ID" in the "Locomotion problems, faqs' tutorials" will show you this: http://www.tt-forums.net/search.php?key ... mit=Search

The first part of the "missing object data ID" is the name of the .dat file. Ignore the numbers, they don't mean much, they are just generated at random.

So, what you need to do, is do a search for the missing .dat file, using the search function shown above. You may have to try to load your game more than once, as the error message quickly disappears, and quickly write it down. Write the name of the .dat file using the search function, click "search" and you should be done.

I hope you can understand this.

Cheers.

Yes, i understand you. Thanks for the help, but i think my problem can't be solved. Every time i put a new .dat to fix, it appears other with the same problem.

@Predador: I think the best thing you can do is start again. Uninstall Lomo, removing all folders/files from the Locomotion folder. Restart computer. Reinstall Lomo, and backup the Obldata folder, before you do anything else. Load a game that is supplied to see if it works. Once you are satisfied that the game works, install one (1) mod only and follow any prompts. If there are .dat files missing, do a search. (You should know how to do this by now). Remember, only one mod in the Objdata folder

I forgot to ask, do you have a Lomo CD, or did you download the game from a legitimate website.

Regards.

You're taking a gamble using so many mods. An Objdata folder with too many files, according to many Lomo veterans, always causes issues simply because there are far too many files for the game to look through.
