Where did you find it? Does it apply to all data types, or just cargo?

alright I figured out where it came from but I am having a serious problem the file is produced when you run locomod, and I had the tragic moment where you figure something but it gets destroyed in the process. So I run locomod to change a save game and it gives me the error cannot enumerate the number of files in E:/Portable Locomotion/Objdata, and then I noticed my objcache file [the name of the file is objcache just found that out] was blinking like it was recently edited and it was saving, so when I opened it, it was blank and I was so angry I punched the computer screen a full 5ft back into a wall and nearly broke the screen because it cut off and wouldn't turn on for about an hour so I was really scared, so if anyone knows how to fix this, so I would really appreciate the help. thank you for any help.
