The DK files will probably be in the Dekosoft UP Pack, and the US files are somewhere in the North American Megapack. Both available on Amitrains.co.uk

Please do not double post. I can't find it in my ObjData folder, but it looks like a US Building. If it causes you too much trouble, Zimmlock posted a mod-free version of the scenario too.
