Wrapper Problem
I can't get my wrapper to open my dat files so i can edit my industries so that they only produce's and not decrease production

The wrapper is the wrong tool to do so. You need the Locotool 0.4.3.

Re: Wrapper Problem
The wrapper only affects vehicles; you'll need to edit the .xml of the industry and change the value of "candecreaseproduction" to 0.
