This makes YAPF for ships to allow any distance between orders, not just NPF. YAPF is more accurate than NPF and generates less lost ships than NPF.
This change also seem to improve some AIs. There were AIs with single orders in their ships when using YAPF. But with NPF, the AIs were prone to have lost ships. And lost ships have a much higher impact on cpu usage. It's a risky trade-off. I know it will be using more cpu resources under certain circumstances though, but since YAPF is much more accurate, I guess it's worth trying.
