Annotation clipboard patch?

I'm seeking a patch, which would offer to write annotation, something like 'note to itself', which pops out on login.
It would be very useful in multiplayer mode, for companies carried by more than one user.

Is such or similar patch already exists?

People may use signs for this purpose, although they are not company-only visible afaik (but just minor experience with MP)

It is just a reason, why I'm seeking such patch.
Company should not reveal its secrets, besides it, sometimes maps look ugly, spammed with signs with notes to myself.

Yes, company-only visible signs it is good idea, IMHO.
