Last four made by adf88 added.
Many things may be possible with this patch.
1. Avoiding obstacles.(mountains, big cities, national parks etc.)
2. If distance too far, slow down to save fuel.(increase range and slow down).
3. Climbing mountain? Use more fuel(decrease range)
3. If fuel not enough? Crash the plane!
4. Is possible flight level not high enough? crash the plane against mountain.(player created wrong flight path)
5. Flying over forbidden zone. ticket!(higher cost)
But for now it is bug chasing.
EDIT added more descriptive error message when trying to create
conditional order to waypoint air. see last patch in first post.

Update patch.
Detecting conditional orders was improved.
Inserting conditional orders with destiny too far is disallowed.
When checking order distance do it between stations.
