Patch for current trunk, NOT CHECKED! I've only fixed it that it could be compiled for current trunk and ottd starts game.

I'd like writeing routines.
Two new conditionals are enough.
A counter ("i=i+1") and "do while".

I like complex scenarios with ships:)

I've fixed some issues with current trunk and also tested the fixed patch with trunk, seems to work :)

I would replace:
"when ... is true" => "when ..."
"when ... is false" => "unless ..."

Example: Jump to order 5 unless Next station accepts Coal
