[UI] NewGRF Settings and Content Download Info Screens do not show the same information

The Content Downloading page tends to have more information, but the place where you need to interact with NewGRFs and the game itself, which determines your gameplay, is where that information is most useful.

Unfortunately this comes down to each contributor who creates NewGRFs. The content that you see in the Content Download window is set by the contributor on the management website for the content. However, the information that is displayed in the NewGRF Settings window comes directly from within the NewGRF, and sadly many contributors neglect to embed that information within the NewGRF. It is an issue that should be raised with each NewGRF developer.
