Build many random industry: add fuse to this bomb

There is dark menace waiting for scenario designers: default 'build many random industry' option, which can ruin every almost finished and not yet saved scenario by accidentally pressing 'build' button before of choosing proper industry.
I propose to make it not default, i.e. it should work only if is chosen by user (build button greyed out if nothing is chosen).
Currently many random industry option is activated by default whenever industry list window is opened. Very evil feature

The "build many industries" function is being moved to a separate button.
