Enabling Industry Chains

Hi all!

I just have a question about enabling industry chains for different climates. I have used opengfx plus industries, but it always causes some annoyances. For example, farms in the sub arctic will spawn in the snow, and with NARS, the double stack cars can not take food. I was wondering if there was some way to manually enable/disable industry chains independently of any newgrf?

No, you are limited to the options the NewGRF provides, as it are those same NewGRFs that define the chains that exist.
